StayVista at Verde Villa

One of the most elegant homes we’ve seen, This villa is the perfect place for a luxurious getaway. Its muted interior colours are vibrantly lit, and make for a great backdrop to your holiday. With a Jacuzzi in the bathroom, a swing in the balcony, cosy sofas in the living room and a beautiful gazebo outside, you will find it hard to pick your favourite spot here. If you would like to sneak in a workout, you may use the gym. This villa is perfect for a stay for a group of around 15 people, and it also offers the opportunity to host an event for up to 100 guests at an additional cost. Well worth a visit, we say!

Space
Let me walk you through the villa.

BEDROOMS:
- There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. 
- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 
-  There are double-beds available in all the bedrooms. 
-  Wardrobes are available in all rooms.
- Balconies are offered in all the rooms.

COMMON AREAS: 
- The living room offers accommodation for up to 15 people. 
- It offers AC, TV and WiFi. 
- There is a lawn with accommodation for up to 15 people and seating for up to 6 people. 
- Events can be held in the clubhouse of the villa that can accommodate up to 100 people, at an additional cost on prior notice.

BATHROOMS: 
- There are 5 bathrooms - 4 attached and 1 common powdered room. 
- Geysers, towels and toiletries are offered in all the bathrooms. 
- One of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, while the other one offers a jacuzzi. 
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water dispenser.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 15 people.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the villa. 

FOOD
- Meal packages including breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Buvachi Misal, Rama Krishna and German Bakery.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak / festive dates.
- Pease note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

ACTIVITIES: 
They can also play outdoor games on the common lawn.

HOUSE RULES: 
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM. 
- Smoking is only allowed outdoors. 
- Hookah is strictly prohibited. 
- Pets are not allowed
- Footwears are not allowed inside the villa.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

GUEST ACCESS: 
- The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Staff Accommodation
We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day, excluding meals and taxes. The staff will be accommodated within the premises of the property.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: 
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.                            
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 
- Parking space is secured for 1 car. 
- A medical kit is available in the villa.
- The lawn is a common area within walking distance from the villa.

HOME TRUTHS
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi/Airtel work fairly well here.
- Please note that the lift is not operational.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs.10,000 will be collected by the manager of the villa at the time of check-in.
- This entire amount will be refunded at the time of check-out, provided the total number of guests does not increase, there is no property damage and the check-out time is adhered to.
