The location is primed for guests to enjoy nature at its best, with an occasional sprout of neighbourhood hikes, daydreaming by the deck and adoring the picturesque view.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor, offering king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms.
- All 4 rooms are also equipped with an extra foldable bed, ACs and offer Wi-Fi access. 
- Each room overlooks the lush greenery that surrounds the villa. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached, equipped with geysers and offering towels and basic toiletries. 

INDOOR AREAS 
- The expansive living room boasts outwardly style, combining earthy tones and rusty finishes. Upon entering, you will be welcomed to a light-flooded room that is brought alive by a bouquet of subdued colours and wooden decor, centred around a unique, single log table. 
- The living room is equipped with several modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi access, a television, portable speaker and couch-style seating accommodating up to 10 people. 
- Adjacent to it is a grand dining area and a wooden bar, perfect to unwind with the whole family, and collectively seats up to 10 people comfortably. 

OUTDOOR AREAS
- The outdoor sections of the house burgeon with lush green open space, facing a picture-perfect view of the Korigad Fort and the early morning sunshine. 
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the private infinity pool, 30x15ft. in size and up to 4.5ft. in depth, or unwind in the 8-seater plunge hot tub. 
- The outdoor play area which features a skating rink and a basketball court is also a great place to gather the group and enjoy a quick game or spend endless hours of fun and games playing badminton, snooker, table tennis and carrom.
- Another alfresco dining spot can also be found steps away at the outdoor gazebo – sun-dappled and perfect for al fresco breakfasts.
- This property also features some fun adventurous activities to partake in which include an E-bike ride or scooters for children.
- The private green lawns offer an opulent retreat that makes it equally good at accommodating multi-generational gatherings and intimate celebrations. 
- There's lots to explore in the area, including treks to the Korigad fort, Konkan valley cycle trails and nature strolls all the way to Lonavala lake

KITCHEN
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost. An additional 18% GST will be levied.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. Kindly ask the caretaker for any assistance.
- Kitchenware and cutlery are also available.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The property manager is available on call if the need arises. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge. An additional 18% GST will be levied.
- A bonfire can also be arranged. 
- Guests can avail of the E-Bike at an additional charge of Rs.2500 for 8 hours.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note, there is an ongoing construction next to the property, which may cause some disruptions and inconvenience.
- The stay is a part of a gated community. 
- It is not a pet-friendly property or suitable for wheelchair users.
- In case of a power outage, a 20 KVA generator is available to support all appliances for up to 16 hours.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external and common areas of the house.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Vi and Jio work fairly here.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 

NEIGHBOURHOOD
An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

- Distance from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport - 108 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 20.8 km.
- Distance from Khandala Bus Stand - 26 km.
- Distance from Primary Health Center - 62.5 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Foreign guests need to get prior permission from the villa management before entering our property in order to maintain security and compliance.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the house only.  
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool as well as any outdoor areas of the villa. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs 20,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
