Watch your favourite movies or a cricket match on the projector while splashing yourself in teh waters of the pool. Unwind in solace with a book in the reading area. Replenish yourself in the warm waters of the jacuzzi. Over the dining area, relish a lavish spread of the finest cuisine curated for you. There are 5 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
Jacuzzi are offered on the 2nd floor of the villa. One of the bathrooms also features a bathtub.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
There is a living room on the ground floor.
Include TV, WI-Fi, patio, sound system, CCTV, a temple and comfortable seating for 15 people. 
Comes with a dining area. 

KITCHEN (No Access)
Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery.

LAWN 
There is a 600 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo and a treehouse. 
There is an open garden with a sit-out space, a hammock and loungers.

Theatre Room 
There is a theatre room on the first floor with a projector and seating for 15 people. 
It has an AC, balcony, Wi-Fi, home theatre and sound system.

POOL 
There is a private outdoor pool. Guests can watch movies on the projector while they’re in the pool. 
The pool is 40ft x 20ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

Terrace
A sprawling terrace with beautiful views and seating for 15 people is present at the villa.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. 
- A barbecue is available at an extra cost. 
- Guests can enjoy lip-smacking chaat from the live chaat counter at no extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per pet. 
Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
Pets are not allowed inside the main bungalow.
Please clean up after your pets, outside in the lawn/garden area.
As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
