StayVista at Villa Arcadia

- A chef can be arranged at an additional charge, subject to availability.
- The meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
 
Pool:
- The villa has a private pool which can easily accommodate up to 8 people. It is 30x20 ft. in size with a depth of 6 ft.
- There are poolside loungers to laze on.
- Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 8 PM. 
 
Other things to note:
- Guests may use the wardrobes
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in.
- 100 percent power back is available by Silent Automatic Genset
- There is secure parking space available for 1 car. 
- CCTV cameras are installed in the outdoor area as well as in common areas, not in bedrooms
- The villa is a part of a gated community
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay
- Guests may face some disturbance, owing to the ongoing construction near the villa. 
- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking.This fee is nonrefundable.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Guests can use the kitchen at an additional cost of Rs. 1500, per day.
-  This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

House Rules
- No smoking inside the house. Guests may smoke in the outside area
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM
- No pets allowed at the villa 
- All-male groups are not allowed. 

Guest access
- Guests have access to all bedrooms, living area, lawn, terrace, and pool areas.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
- There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
 
Interaction with guests
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to help you have a perfect stay!

This villa is conveniently located close to Candolim Beach, Arthur's Theme and Fisherman's Cove Bar and Restaurant
