Luxe, chic and elegant are some words that can be used to describe this gorgeous villa. While all the spaces here are extremely Instagram-worthy, may we recommend taking a photo in the gazebo, where the light and shadows play beautifully! If you’d like to burn it all off, you can hit the gym too! Make some time to enjoy the swings, it is a great spot to laze around and chat over tea or drinks!

This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. 

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 stunning bedrooms - 1 on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. 
- All rooms have double beds, AC, cosy seating areas, ensuite bathrooms and beautiful views.
- The bedroom on the ground floor opens up to the lawn, and all bedrooms on the first floor offer attached balconies with seating arrangements. 

BATHROOMS
- The villa has 4 ensuite bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, and 1 common washroom near the gym area in the basement.
- One bathroom offers a jacuzzi and two bathrooms have a bathtub.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

INDOOR AREAS
- The villa has a spacious living room on the ground floor with french windows. It offers sofa-style seating for up to 12 people.
- It is equipped with amenities such as Wi-Fi, AC and a TV.
- There is a separate dining room that can comfortably accommodate 10 people. 
- The living room is equipped with a CCTV camera for security purposes.

OUTDOOR AREAS 
- The living room opens up to the private swimming pool and lawn.
- The lush green lawn offers an attached gazebo with seating for up to 6 people. 
- The pool is 38ftx10ft in size with a depth of 4 ft.
- The swimming pool area is monitored via a CCTV camera for security purposes.
- Guests can enjoy their favourite drinks by the pool bar. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, water dispenser, crockery and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

FOOD
- All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.  

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES 
Within the property, guests can make the most of the outdoors and enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool in the company of your favourite cocktails, take a stroll on the lawn amidst sweet birdsongs, or swing away to your heart’s content. Cherish a magical evening in the lit gazebo, and make loads of memories.

While indoors, enjoy a game of pool, table tennis and other classic board games. Dance to your favourite tunes and make the most of the music system. This home is equipped with a plethora of amenities to keep everyone entertained and occupied!

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.                 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Guests can access the theatre room at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.  

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that the entrance to the property is from the basement and there are steps leading up to the villa.
- The stay is a part of a gated society.
- In case of a power outage, a generator is available.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room, kitchen and swimming pool for security purposes. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- There is an entertainment room, steamer and theatre room, however, guests do not have access to it. 
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Please note that the lift is currently not operational.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point. 

Getting Around:
- Distance from Pune Airport - 72 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 1.5 km.
- Distance from the local market - 1.7 km.

HOUSE RULES 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- In order to safeguard any damages to the wear & tear of the property, a security deposit of Rs.20,000 is to be paid at the time of check-in. The amount will be refunded once the guests check out.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
