StayVista at Villa Clouds Haven

Nestled on the top of a hill, Villa Clouds Haven is a quaint cottage amidst lush green forest in Nainital. A wooden house featuring rustic, cosy interiors ideal for snuggling in, this property is perfect for nature lovers. While here, head out for birdwatching, soak in the panoramic views of the valleys and hop on the cycles and explore the charming neighbourhood. 

Villa Clouds Haven is special because of its:

- Generator, inverter, heater, WiFi
- Wardrobe, hangers
- Torch 
- Geysers, towels, toiletries
- Medical kit, mosquito repellent
- Barbecue kit, bar, bonfire
- Secured parking space for up to 2 cars

This is not a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the first floor. 
- Heater, electric kettle are offered in all rooms.
- 2 rooms have king-sized beds and attached balconies with a mountain view, 1 room has a queen-sized bed. 
- 2 rooms have an attached bathroom. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - 1 attached, 2 common. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the ground floor. 
- It provides comfortable seating for up to 10 people and is equipped with a heater, fireplace, TV, bar, CCTV camera and an attached balcony. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 6 people.  
- There is a balcony on the first floor. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 4 male staff members at an additional cost. The staff will be accommodated in the lower ground floor. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the neighbourhood and embrace its beauty. They can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can also venture out on trails and indulge in birdwatching. They can also take the cycle for a spin. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All male groups/stags are allowed with a security deposit of Rs. 8000.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area and the living room for safety purposes. 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 3 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Guests are advised to refrain from going for walks after sunset and before sunrise in order to respect the wildlife and avoid any unforeseen incidents.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.  
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
