One can also venture out to the famous Sirangali waterfall that is located close by. BEDROOM 2

LIVING ROOM
- As you enter the villa, you’ll be greeted with a cosy and homely feeling in the living room that envelopes you with its warmth and serenity
- It offers a cornucopia of amenities like sofa chairs and ambient lighting.
- The room also has a dining area that can accommodate 10 people, perfect for dinner with your loved ones filled with memorable conversations. 

KITCHEN 
- Guests have access to the kitchen for basic cooking.
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

BATHROOMS
- There are a total of three bathrooms - two attached & one shared.
- The bathrooms boast a geyser for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests' convenience.
- The attached bathrooms feature a spacious and opulent bathtub. 

LAWN
- Step into the lawn’s dewy grass coupled with the tranquil weather of Coorg that gives a replenishing start to your mornings. 
- The lawn comes with a gazebo that can accommodate up to 4 people.

VERANDAH
- Part of this villa’s vintage charm is its verandah that boats beautiful views of Coorg and is perfect for relaxing with your loved ones
- The verandah can seat up to 8 people comfortably.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1300 per person, per day.
- Non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day.
- A barbeque kit can be arranged and set up at an additional charge of Rs 1250. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per night. 
- Amenities such as the indoor games, torches, and clothes dryers can be accessed by the guests for no extra charge.
- We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 exclusive of meals.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. 

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Don’t underestimate the size of this little town, you’ll be surprised by how much you can do here. Also referred to as Kodagu, Coorg is a tranquil town cradled in the Western Ghats, encapsulated by lush green forests, mountain views, and breathtaking weather. A definite must-visit place for coffee lovers, Coorg is one of the largest producers of coffee in India. So, don’t forget to sneak in a cup of their authentic filter coffee. Also, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. 
- Go to Raja’s Seat and Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery)
- Visit Abbey Falls and Iruppu Falls
- Check out Nagarhole National Park and Dubare Elephant Camp
P.S. Most of the town doesn’t require air conditioners. Now you can only imagine how good the weather is, all year round!

HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS
- The road leading up to the villa is narrow.
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property
- In case of a power outage, the 5 KVA solar inverter can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
