In true-Goa style, the modern interiors of the villa are combined with a shack-like exterior, making this sanctuary ideal for guests looking to soak up some sun, go to a beach, rest on cabana chairs and unwind at their private infinity pool.

Space:
BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
-  ACs are provided in all rooms.
- The rooms on the first floor have balconies.
-  All rooms have attached bathrooms.
- All rooms have flat-screen TVs.
- Wi-Fi is also available in all the rooms.
- 3 rooms have double-size beds, while one has two single beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 private attached bathrooms in the villa.
- The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room has a portable music system and Wi-Fi accessibility. 
- It has seating arrangements for up to 12 people.
- A private infinity pool is available for the guests to use.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction gas and water filter.
- Crockery is available for 8 people.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian options can be prepared based on your preference.
- The Caretaker prepares Lunch at an additional cost. It is priced at Rs. 2500 for 8 people. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
- The caretaker can prepare fish and other dishes, but not chicken.   
- Dinner is not provided.
- Guests can order-in or go out to nearby restaurants such as – Wan Hao (250 m), Voltaire Hotel (46 m), The Lazy Goose Restaurant (4 km), The Fisherman’s Wharf Restaurant (8 km), The Black Sheep Bistro Restaurant (8 km), Fat Fish Restaurant (10.8 km), Thalassa Restaurant (16.8 km).
- Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you.
- Outside cooks, servers are strictly not allowed.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private infinity pool, games, and music. One can also head out to experience all that Goa has to offer as the villa is very conveniently located.

HOME TRUTHS

- While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are CCTV and Infra-Red Heat Detection Sensors in the living room, dining room, kitchen and deck area outside the villa.
- For your safety, 11 CCTV cameras have been placed around public and perimeter areas of the house to monitor and protect the villa against theft and intrusion.   As part of this security system, video from all cameras is recorded and stored for review as needed.  The Indian Navy is our immediate neighbour and this offers a high level of security for our villa premises.  Finally, 2 of our staff members are in residence at all times, which further adds to the security of the villa.
- To use the Wi-Fi, connect to the following usernames for best access. The password lies with the caretaker. (Kinara Main - for Living, Dining, Al Fresco Dining, Kinara Gazebo - for Poolside and entire Deck Area, Poolside Bedroom - Ground Floor, Riverside Bedroom - Ground Floor, Blue Bedroom – 1st Floor, Yellow Bedroom – 1st Floor.)
- Every bedroom has a wall switch (marked with a blue dot) that turns on/off power to the AC. Once you turn it on, the stabilizer protecting the AC will take a few minutes to allow power to reach the AC. After this time lag, the AC Remote becomes operational. The caretaker can help you if there’s any confusion.
- Switch on the wall switch in the bathroom marked with a red dot at least half an hour before you need to take a bath to get hot water.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Car parking is not available in the premises. 

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the pool. The villa has a private entrance.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed after 8 PM.
- Drinking is allowed at the villa.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. However, you can smoke in the designated areas – near Gate 2 and at the poolside near the outdoor dining space.
- Pets are not allowed.

 Pool rules:
- Glassware not allowed or in or around the pool
- Proper swimwear should be worn
- Please do not use any cream or oil before entering the pool
- Children below the age of 12 should be accompanied by adults
- Unmarried couples are allowed as long as they submit valid ID proofs.
- All-male groups are not allowed. 
- Outside cooks, servers and staff members are strictly not allowed in the villa. 
- Once the booking is confirmed, the number of guests cannot be changed. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. 
- Vendors as visitors or as guests are strictly not allowed at the property.
- It is mandatory for all guests to carry their RT-PCR negative test reports, conducted within 72 hours of the check-in date. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 30,000 will be collected before check-in.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
