There is a temperature-controlled heated swimming pool, perfect for a swim during the winters!

Villa Lumiere is special because of its:

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
- All bedrooms are furnished with cosy king-sized beds and are equipped with an AC, wardrobe, Wi-Fi and ensuite bathrooms.
- One of the bedrooms on the first floor is equipped with an attached balcony.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
- All bathrooms have boilers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The spacious living room on the ground is adorned with comfortable sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 10 people.
- It is equipped with a TV, and Wi-Fi access. It does not have an AC.
- The dining area is a part of the living room. It can accommodate up to 10 people. 
- The living room opens up to a separate, air-conditioned TV room, complete with a sofa-cum-bed and a TV.
- The first floor of this lavish home lies yet another sit-out spot, with seating arrangements and a coffee table.
- The sprawling exteriors of the villa boast seemingly endless lawns covering an area of 8000sq.ft.
- It is embellished with ample seating spaces and can accommodate up to 18 people. 
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the covered temperature-controlled heated swimming pool that also features a rain shower and a bar area near the pool deck.
- The pool is 15x5 metres in size and up to 4.5 ft. in depth. There is a poolside music system.
- Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. 
- Guests can relish a delectable meal amidst the farm and nature and make the most of the alfresco dining experience. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals. Personal chefs/cooks are not allowed. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests can choose to opt for the meal package or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. 

ACTIVITIES
An ideal nature escape, this expansive holiday home features an assorted array of amenities promising a memorable getaway. Within the property, guests can start their mornings with a brisk walk on the lawns, amidst the misty morning breeze. The twittering birds are sure to keep you company while here. Enjoy a competitive badminton or cricket match. The private swimming pool is perfect for an evening spent unwinding. Enjoy your favourite cocktails by the bar. 

While indoors, gather all your loved ones and play various indoor games. Soak in the beautiful views of the palms and green verdancy from the balcony. Binge-watch your favourite movies in the TV room.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Guests can access the heated pool at an additional cost of Rs. 10000 per day exclusive of taxes. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All-male groups & all-female groups are not allowed. The property only hosts families as guests.
- Unmarried couples and groups of friends are not allowed to book the property either.
- Incase of a power outage, a generator is available. 
- Please note that the living room is not equipped with an AC.
- All-male groups are not allowed.

- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Kindly be aware that while our villa provides heated pool amenities, however, there are certain circumstances that may affect its availability. These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local electricity provider (MCSB). During such instances, guests may not have access to the heated pool facility.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point. 

Getting Around:
- Distance from Pune Airport - 40 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 5 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 5.5 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Market - 4.4 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Personal chefs/cooks are not allowed. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
