Guests can access the kitchen for cooking their own meals at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per use.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, grinder, crockery and cutlery.
Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GAMES ROOM
The second floor reveals a dedicated games room, where entertainment and excitement converge, providing a space for fun-filled activities.
It has a pool table, board games and a carrom set.

POOL & JACUZZI
As the pinnacle of perfection, this property boasts a sprawling cool blue pool, adorned with a touch of luxury in the form of a high-end jacuzzi.
Creating a haven of relaxation beyond compare, the pool measures 30x15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool from 6 AM to 10 PM.
For an added touch of tropical indulgence, guests have the option to access the jacuzzi at an additional cost.

LAWN
Embraced by a lush canopy of swaying palms and majestic coconut trees, this cosy lawn beckons you for a leisurely morning stroll.
Spanning a delightful 100 sq.ft., this enchanting lawn is graced with al fresco seating, accommodating gatherings of up to 5 people.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Similarly, a bonfire setup can also be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 1000. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
- Guests can access the jacuzzi for an additional cost of Rs. 3000 for a duration of 3 hours.
- Other amenities such as the bar, and elevator can be accessed for no add-on cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
