This ground-floor bedroom has air conditioning and access to a balcony that views out over the garden.
A dressing table, extra mattress, heater, closet, AC and Wi-Fi connection are just a few of the conveniences available in the room.

This first-floor bedroom has air conditioning and access to two balconies that view out over the garden.

BEDROOM 3
This first-floor bedroom has air conditioning and two balconies with a view of the garden.

This ground-floor bedroom has air conditioning and a TV for entertainment.

There are 4 attached bathrooms in the entire villa. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
The air-conditioned living room on the ground floor has luxurious seating areas, antique stools, and sofas that can fit up to 8 people.
It has a fireplace, music system, AC, wifi, TV and air conditioning installed for a flexible stay.
There is a bar area in the hall that caters to a fun cocktail evening.

DINING AREA 
The dining room is attached to the living room on the ground floor along with being air-conditioned.
The rustic yet sophisticated dining structure is made for up to 8 people.

TERRACES 
This villa offers 2 terraces that offer a magnificent view of the surroundings.
Both the terraces are equipped with seating arrangements.

GAZEBO
There is a compact gazebo present on one of the terraces.
It is equipped with seating arrangements for up to 4 people to enjoy high tea.

KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the villa kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available in the kitchen.

LAWNS 
There are 2 naturally grown lawns present at the villa.
One lawn sprawls up to 150 yards with seating arrangements for up to 8 people.
The other lawn measures up to 500-600 yards and seats up to 10 people.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Cook/Chef is available at an additional cost of Rs. 2,500, excluding taxes, per night.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
- A delivery charge of Rs. 500 per day will be levied for groceries and raw materials.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire can be arranged inside at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session lasting two hours.
- A bonfire can be arranged outside on the upper or lower lawn at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per session lasting two hours.
- Coal angeethi can be arranged outside at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per session lasting an hour.
- A fireplace offer can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 3500 per session lasting two hours.
- A driver can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per person, per night. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
- All male groups and stags are allowed on the property, however a security deposit of Rs 20,000 must be paid.
- Parties are strictly prohibited on the property.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.

- In case of a power outage, the inverter and 100% complete power backup with a quiet DG set of 62 kVA can support all appliances.

- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian meals is allowed.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an additional cost.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- There are  CCTV cameras that capture the property areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stay on the premises of the same property. 
- This property is part of gated society.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
