BEDROOMS
- There are 5 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- TVs and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- Only 3 rooms are equipped with a heater. The heaters can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per heater, per night.
BATHROOMS
- There are 5 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- One attached bathroom on the first floor does not have a wash basin.
- Only 3 rooms are equipped with a heater.
COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats 6 people comfortably.
- It offers a TV and a heater.
- There is a 3000 sq. ft. lawn that can seat up to 15 people.
- It offers comfortable seating for up to 20 guests.
- Many local species of flowers are grown.
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier as well as crockery and cutlery for up to 20 people.
- Food will be served in the common dining area. An additional 10% room service charge will be levied for the delivery of food to the rooms.
FOOD
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be arranged in-house on an à la carte basis.
- The caretaker can cook for the guests.
- Guests can also eat out at restaurants such as Hotel Bismi, The Culinarium, and Open Kitchen.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Once the food order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
A manager and a trained and responsible caretaker are present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games such as Jenga, Uno, chess, Ludo, Pictionary, or outdoor games such as badminton, cricket, and carrom. Guests can also head out to take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.
HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa is located in a relatively secluded area, 9 km. away from the closest marketplace.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- This property is not wheelchair accessible.
- In case of a power outage, the generator supports all lights and fans for up to 2 hours.
- The caretaker resides in the premises of the same property.
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular networks work fairly well.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Vi work fairly well here.
- Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.
- Outside food is not allowed.
- Food consumption is only allowed in the restaurant area.
- The last 0.5 km. leading up to the property might not be concrete.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the exteriors of the property for security purposes.
- Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.
- All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- An iron can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per kilogram.
- An extra bed for children above the age of 12 years can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per child.
- If a bed is not required, an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person will be levied. Please note, in this case, only one extra person will be allowed in each room.
- The washing machine can be provided at an additional cost.
- The heaters can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per heater, per night.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1750 for 3 hours.
HOUSE RULES
- Masks are compulsory in common areas.
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Drinking is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Since hooka is banned by the Government of Tamil Nadu, guests are not allowed to bring or use the instrument at the villa.
- Food and liquor are not allowed in the bedrooms.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
