Featuring a comfortable sofa-style seating area, it can easily accommodate up to 8 people.

POOL
The semi-indoor pool is undoubtedly the highlight of the property, drawing its water from the therapeutic natural springs scattered throughout the estate.
Making it a unique and rejuvenating feature, it measures 22x10 ft. in size and is 4.5 ft. deep.

LAWN
Another appealing feature of the property is its cosy lawn, which extends across an area of approximately 300 sq. ft.
It provides a charming space for relaxation and outdoor activities.

GAZEBO
Set on the upper floor, the gazebo creates a play of dappled sunlight, offering a charming escape from the world beyond.
It’s the perfect place for birdwatching and soaking in the starlit sky.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs. 2000 for a duration of 2 hours.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 10 KVA generator can support all the lights and fans at an additional cost for up to 2 hours. Alternatively, the inverter can support the same for up to 3 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays near the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 9 PM.
- The stay is part of a gated society.
- Stags are not allowed at the property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- All-male groups will be levied a security deposit of Rs. 10,000 at the time of booking the property.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
