Featuring modern and cosy interiors, it has spacious rooms and ample common areas. Wake up to the chirping of birds, lounge in the lawn areas and soak in the morning sun. BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. 
- AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have double beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

POOL 
- There is a private outdoor pool.
- The pool is 8ft x 12ft in size. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 15 people comfortably and offers a TV.
- The dining area seats 6 people.
- The exteriors of the villa feature 2 beautiful lawns.
- Catch the vivid hues of the beautiful skies while also enjoying the mesmerizing views while strolling on the lawns.
- There is a terrace, equipped with ample seating arrangements.
- There is a private outdoor pool to soak in the sun and relax your muscles.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a toaster, a mixer-grinder, cooking utensils, a refrigerator and a microwave.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
- The food will be delivered to the property.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day, excluding meals and taxes. The staff will be accommodated in-house. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy indoor games like carrom, jenga or cards and outdoor games like cricket or badminton. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- ⁠Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a jacuzzi, however, it is not operational.
- This property is not suitable for pets.
- In case of a power outage, power backup is provided in the villa.
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular networks such as Jio work fairly well.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Kindly do not wear shoes inside the home.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

Surrounded by lush green vistas and waterfalls, Karjat is the best place to escape to if you wish to catch a break from the hullabaloo of the city. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at Vista Serene, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport - 69.5 km.
- Distance from ST Bus Depot, Bhisegaon - 14.8 km.
- Distance from Karjat Railway Station - 15 km.

Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 2 cars is available at Vista Serene.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
