Nestled on the ground floor of this picturesque farm stay, this bedroom offers contemporary comforts and a scenic river view.
Loaded with conveniences like an additional mattress, AC, Wi-Fi, and a wardrobe, this room ensures a comfortable stay.
It is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BEDROOM 2
Nestled on the ground floor of this picturesque farm stay, this bedroom offers contemporary comforts and a scenic river view.
Providing an extra mattress, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobes, and more, this room ensures a comfortable and convenient stay.
Guests can use the shared bathroom.

BEDROOM 3
Set on the first floor, the master bedroom boasts a breathtaking balcony that offers mesmerising views of the river's gentle ripples.
Loaded with conveniences like a mattress, AC, Wi-Fi, and wardrobe, this room ensures a comfortable stay.
It is also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 ensuite bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

LIVING ROOM
This inviting lounge, complete with a central glass courtyard, creates an ideal atmosphere for cherished moments with your dear ones.
Presenting a snug sofa seating up to 5 people, this space provides a cosy spot for relaxation.
It is also replete with an AC, Wi-Fi, music system, and TV.

DINING AREA
Positioned within the ground floor's living area, this dining space accommodates 6 with ease, a hub of convivial feasting.
It is also equipped with an AC and TV.

KITCHEN
Guests can access the outdoor kitchen only for reheating purposes.
It has an oven, refrigerator, water purifier, gas stove, microwave, toaster, crockery, and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

POOL
A focal gem is the infinity pool, gazing upon mango orchards and the river's gentle current, a true haven of tranquillity.
It is 38x20 ft. in size and 4.2 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM.

LAWN
Spread across 1500 sq.ft., embraced by lovely mango and chickoo orchards, this lawn beckons for refreshing morning strolls.
Amidst this lush expanse, guests can partake in outdoor games or relish the symphony of tweeting birds and the soothing river's melody.
 
ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can choose to eat out or order from nearby restaurants. 
- A bonfire setup can be arranged for an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per session.

Apart from the many beautiful temples in the neighbourhood, Wada is particularly known for its scenic lake views and pleasant weather, which makes it a great camping spot. HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- In case of a power outage, the 7 KVA generator can support all the lights, fans, and ACs. Additionally, the 1 KVA inverter can support 1 light and fan in each space for up to 3 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
