BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious, well-furnished rooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- All 4 rooms have AC, TV, king-sized bed, and attached bathrooms.
- 3 rooms on the first floor offer views of the mountains, whereas 1 room on the ground floor offers a view of the garden.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room in the villa.
- The bathrooms are always clean, well-maintained, and spacious.
- A 24-hour running water (hot and cold) supply is also provided.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room is located on the ground floor and is extremely spacious with a seating of 12 to 15 people.
- The dining table accommodates 10 people.
- There is a kids' playroom on the first floor with a slide.
- Guests can enjoy a movie night in the theatre room.
- Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool. It can be heated on a prior notice of at least 16 hours. The cost for the same is included in the booking amount.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery for 20 to 25 people.

FOOD

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
A getaway nestled in the lush foliage of Lonavala, this home offers a variety of experiences. Within the property, guests can start their day with breakfast, while they soak in the morning rays. Carry a book to read peacefully while enjoying the serene views. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the outdoor heated pool and bask in the sun. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn. The indoor board games, pool table, and foosball are a fun way to engage in healthy competition with your friends and family.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- During monsoons, there may be a slight leakage in the villa.
- The last stretch, approximately 1-2 km, to the villa can be a bit rough as the roads could be damaged due to unfavourable weather.
- Wi-Fi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Kindly be aware that while our villa provides heated pool amenities, however, there are certain circumstances that may affect its availability. These include the monsoon season, fluctuations in electricity supply, or potential power outages from the local electricity provider (MCSB). During such instances, guests may not have access to the heated pool facility.

Blessed with serene lakes, pristine waterfalls, scenic views and lush mountains, Khandala stands as the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at Apsara, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

- Catch an aerial view of Rajmachi Fort at the Shooting Point.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
