The Wooden House is the kind of place you've seen in travel magazines, with happy folks sitting out in the garden, playing some music and enjoying themselves in nature.

You'll find yourself drawn out by the beautiful nature trails around, and will be glad to come back to a warm soak in your jacuzzi, and finally a cosy bed to snuggle up in.

Pro-tip: Don't set an alarm - let the chirps of the birds wake you up.

THE SPACE 

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 rooms - 2 on the first floor and 1 attic room on the second floor.
- The attic room is equipped with a mattress instead of a bed.
- The 2 rooms on the first floor are air-conditioned and are equipped with queen sized beds.
- One of the rooms on the first floor has an ensuite bathroom.
- Guests can enjoy stunning views of the surroundings from the balcony that is offered in one of the rooms.

BATHROOMS
- There is 1 attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom.
- Both bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats 8 people.
- It has AC, TV and Wi-Fi accessibility.
- The dining table seats 4 people at a time.
- There is a 300 sq. ft. lawn, with seating for 10 people.

KITCHEN
- Guest may only use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking. 
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, crockery and cutlery. 

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant and will be delivered to the villa.
- The package comprises lunch, evening snacks, dinner, followed by breakfast (for the next day).
- Guests are requested to place their order 48 hours prior to the check-in date. Last-minute orders are not allowed.
- The meals will be prepared in the in-house restaurant.
- Meal prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the lawn. The society has common areas that include a clubhouse and a pool, which are not accessible to guests. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi, or games such as Scrabble, Jenga and badminton.  Guests can choose to step out and walk along the beautiful nature trails all around. Guests can also request for the complimentary 1.5-hour tractor ride to be arranged, which will take them to the lake point and Nakshatra Garden.

ADD-ON SERVICES 
- A complimentary tractor ride of approximately 1.5 hours can be arranged, which will take the guests to the lake point, Nakshatra Garden and nearby nature trails. 
- Please inform a day prior to using the jacuzzi as it takes 5 hours to heat up.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!Loud music is not allowed between 10PM - 8AM.
The jacuzzi can be used for a maximum of 1 hour on any given day. Please inform a day prior to using the jacuzzi as it takes 5 hours to heat up
Drinking is allowed at the villa.
Smoking is allowed outdoors.
Pets are not allowed.
The villa is a part of a gated society.
The stream nearby is seasonal and may run dry at certain times of the year.
Parking for 2 cars is available within the property, while 3 more cars can be parked outside.
The property is located in a secluded rural area of Maharashtra powered by MSEB. In case of power outages, the Genset can run up to 6 hours in total.
Therefore, it'll be turned off after 2 hours for a duration of 2 hours so as to be used throughout the day.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed between 10 PM - 8AM.
- The jacuzzi can be used for a maximum of 1 hour on any given day.
- Drinking is allowed at the villa.
- Smoking is allowed outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
