StayVista at Yellow Tulip

A bright and beautiful villa far from the madding crowds, Yellow Tulip Vista is the perfect hideout for you and your loved ones to get away to. Tea plantations all around, a little stream to mark the boundary, great hikes, lovely views and huge lawns make this an ideal spot. Thanks to the generous outdoor space, guests can enjoy games such as cricket, football, archery and badminton. As for the villa - it is tastefully done up with all rooms having queen-sized beds and attached bathrooms, spacious common areas, and all the modern amenities for utmost comfort. The verdant surroundings are sure to leave you feeling rejuvenated! This villa is ideal for up to eight guests. Space:
Let me walk you through the villa:

Bedrooms: (1 bedroom in the basement, 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first floor)
- All bedrooms have heaters.
- All bedrooms have queen size beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms

Living Room:
- The living room is spacious and offers seating for 10 people.
- A music system is available in the living area.

Bathrooms:
- The villa has 3 private bathrooms
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided

Kitchen:
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

- The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and a water purifier.

FOOD
- Breakfast will be served in the in-house restaurant from 8 am to 10 am only. 
- Breakfast is complimentary upto 8 adults. Charges will be applicable for all extra people.
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- All meals can be delivered to the villas at an additional cost. However, extra charges will not be applicable in case of senior citizens. 
- Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property.

Lawn:
- The villa has two private lawns that can accommodate up to 25 people
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice

Common Activities:
- There is a games room in the premises
- Indoor games like carrom, monopoly cards, Pictionary, taboo, children’s books, toys are available
- Outdoor game equipment like cricket, badminton, football are available    
- Guests can also enjoy activities like, archery, Burma bridge, commando net etc

Additional Amenities:
- A torch is available
- An iron is available
- A hair-dryer is available
- An outdoor bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost
- Guests may use the wardrobes
- A medical kit is available at the villa
- Mosquito repellent can be provided
- A power backup is available at the villa
- Secured parking space for 10 cars is available
- Driver accommodation is available at the villa
- An additional pet cleaning fee of Rs. 750 will be levied per pet, per day.
- An extra mattress can be provided in all bedrooms at Rs. 2000 + taxes per night.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs. 750 per hour.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- The villa is a part of a resort. There are CCTV cameras installed in the outdoor areas for security purposes.
- Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution as this is a forested area and wildlife may be present in the vicinity.
- Guests are requested to stay away from the electric barriers.
- The villa is a part of a Plastic-Free Zone. Hence, carrying plastic items are strictly prohibited in the villa premises.
- Guests will have to buy alcohol, if needed, from Wine Shops in Tamil Nadu only.
- Trekking is not allowed without prior permission from the host.
- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Accommodation for the driver is available in the villa.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and BSNL work fairly well here.
- This is a pet-friendly property. However, a charge of Rs. 1000 will be levied per pet. Also, please note as per our pet policy only 1 pet is allowed on the premises. 
- Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.

- The last 4 km. leading up to the villa might not be concrete.

- There is one safety locker at the property.

We can offer accommodation for 1 male staff free of cost. If more than that, an additional charge of Rs. 1000 will be levied. The staff will be accommodated near the villa in a dormitory.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.

Interaction with Guests:
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

Policies:
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
