BEDROOM 1
- Situated on the ground floor of the property, this bedroom engulfed with a pleasing colour palette is all about comfort and cosiness.
- It comes with a bedside table, WiFi, weather AC, heater, a wardrobe for storage, work station and a TV.
- For added convenience, this room includes an ensuite bathroom.

BEDROOM 2
- Situated on the first floor of the property, this bedroom engulfed with a pleasing colour palette is all about comfort and cosiness.
- It comes with a bedside table, WiFi, weather AC, heater, a wardrobe for storage, TV, work station and a balcony that offers garden views.
- For added convenience, this room includes an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 ensuite bathrooms along with a common washroom on the first floor.
- Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience.
- The common bathroom offers an opulent experience as it’s fitted with a bathtub along with a big glass window and other modern amenities.

LIVING ROOM
- As you step into the lovely living room, you’ll be greeted by wooden accents, ample space and many modern and plush furnishings.
- With a music system and sofa-style seating arrangements, this room can easily accommodate up to 7 people.

DINING ROOM
- There are 2 indoor dining spaces on the ground floor for the guests that can accommodate up to 4 people each.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWN AND GAZEBO
- There is a 100 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo.
- The gazebo can seat up to 4 people.

Add-on services: 
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- Barbeque grill/kit can be arranged for an additional charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings along with events and experiences  are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
- Pluck fresh seasonal vegetables from the organic kitchen garden and use them for cooking at no additional charge.
- Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per person, per night, excluding meal charges.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
